We are pleased to announce that Genea sp. z o.o. has joined the ranks of the Polish Association of Construction Employers (PZPB) as a new member. This is an important step in strengthening our position on the construction market and our commitment to developing the construction sector in Poland.

In 2022, we witnessed a record volume of new supply in the warehouse and industrial market in Poland as a result of increased developer activity. In the first three quarters alone, the stock of warehouses increased by almost 3.6 million sq m, a result some 16 per cent higher than the record volume of new supply for the whole of 2021. A further 1 million sq m of warehouses will be completed later this year in Q4. However, the last two quarters have seen a slow decline in overall developer activity. At the end of Q3 2022, the volume of warehouse space under construction was less than 4 million sq m, and by the end of the year it may even decrease to around 3.6 million sq m.
